WHAT IS TAI CHI?
Today, Tai Chi has spread far beyond the borders of China to every part of the world for its health benefits. no longer confined to the parks, you can see the slow, fluid, ever so graceful movements of Tai Chi being performed everywhere....And not just by the elderly!
